How many users have more notes than average?

In the summary page of notes, there is Distributions, Notes/User

500 000+ 1
100 000+ 18
50 000+ 46
10 000+ 232
5 000+ 396

5+ 17 231
1+ 30 573

On average, every user from Finland registered 417.02 notes.

Like that.

What I'd like to see is:
Average, World(569.80)+ 10302 (No idea if this is even close)
Average, Finland(417.02)+ 1765 (No idea if this is even close)

        and of course I made a mistake...
        Average, World(569.80)+ 10302 (No idea if this is even close) should be less since I was using Finnish users only. More like Average, World(569.80)+ 1695 (or whatever).

        I assume all of you smart people understood it anyway. ;)
