You can lock note data columns by selecting a default, how about letting us enter data manually and then lock it. When getting back from shopping and I have a bunch of notes of different values I start by entering the values of all notes before typing any other data. Leaving the value field unlocked causes problems when using the tab key to navigate from field to field as I don't want to go there anymore. A little checkbox to lock the column would help.

A similar issue is when you have typed in a default comment but encounter a note in your bundle that you would like to further comment on. Currently there is no good solution to this, you can remove the default comment on all notes in that batch - or you can set the note aside to enter separately. A checkbox next to each comment field, making it possible to edit them separately would be nice.
